See Village Carpool β Try Demo βEvery Village runs on specialised language models trained for its community type, served from our own GPUs in Aotearoa and Europe. No API calls to OpenAI, Google, or Anthropic. No tenant data leaves sovereign infrastructure. No silent model swaps.
Every AI response runs through constitutional rules
Requests pass through rule-based Guardians before output reaches the member. Groundedness checks block fabricated counts and invented content types. Fail-open safety β Guardian errors never block legitimate answers. Every consultation is logged and auditable.
WhΔnau, episcopal, community, family, business
Each product type runs on a LoRA-specialised 14B model tuned for that community's vocabulary and workflow. An Anglican parish gets different liturgical framing than a kura kaupapa whΔnau. The community defines the moral landscape; the AI adapts its tone, never its facts.
AMD RX 7900 XTX primary, NVIDIA A6000 for training
Production inference runs on a dedicated GPU in Aotearoa, tunnelled to production over WireGuard. No third-party inference APIs. Training happens on our own A6000 at Catalyst Cloud. Your data is never used to train external AI β and it's never used to train ours without explicit member consent.
AI presents options β never directives
Village AI suggests, the member decides. Consent-first memory: members see exactly what the AI remembers about them, can delete any entry, and can withdraw consent with cascade deletion across all derived training data. No hidden personalisation.
Dual-jurisdiction sovereignty. No US cloud infrastructure. No Google, Microsoft, AWS, or Cloudflare in the request path.
GDPR-native, CLOUD Act-free
Primary production for European tenants. Percona Server for MongoDB with AES-256-CBC encryption at rest. Bunny CDN (Slovenian) for media edge caching. French jurisdiction for all tenant data.
NZ-owned, Privacy Act 2020
Production for whΔnau, iwi, hapΕ«, and NZ-based tenants. OpenStack Swift object storage, Percona encryption at rest, certificates via Let's Encrypt. Media served directly β no CDN in the request path.
Sole payment provider β not Stripe
Airwallex (NZ) Limited handles billing. Stripe was removed from the codebase in April 2026. No US-based payment processor is ever involved in Village transactions.
Swiss jurisdiction, encrypted transport
Transactional email relays through ProtonMail Bridge. No SendGrid, Mailgun, or other US-based email providers touch member correspondence.
The US CLOUD Act gives US authorities jurisdiction over US-owned infrastructure worldwide. We refuse that exposure. If a US vendor is in our request path, it's a bug.
Capabilities included with every Village
Your community's front door to the world
Curate what visitors see β featured stories, news, and events on a branded landing page. Authors opt in, moderators select. Professional article reading with social sharing.
Define the values that shape your AI
Your community builds a moral landscape β the ethical framework that guides every AI interaction. Tradition-specific framing for secular, religious, indigenous, and cultural communities.
Discover everything in your village
Unified search across stories, news, events, documents, and gallery. Filter by type, date, or author. One place to find all your community's content.
Email-to-content pipeline with translation
Email stories, photos, and documents directly into your village. Automatic translation into DE/FR/NL. AI-assisted triage routes content to the right place.
Connect villages while keeping data sovereign
Bilateral agreements, cross-village video calling, federation cards, and external contact portal. Both villages must agree. Either can withdraw anytime.
No third-party accounts required
Secure video calling powered by Jitsi Meet. Voice messages for members who prefer speaking. No Zoom, no Teams, no data leaving your village.
Same technology, tailored to how each community connects
Connect with extended family across the world. Virtual reunions between your family's village and your aunt's village in Germany, your cousin's village in New Zealand.
Formal partnerships with supplier networks, strategic partners, and contractor collectives. Video call your suppliers directly with bilateral agreements both parties control.
Neighboring communities sharing resources. Sister city connections across borders. Regional coordination without centralized platform control.
π‘οΈ Both villages must agree to connect. Either can suspend anytime. Your data never leaves your village.
Every AI request passes through Tractatus Guardians before a response reaches a member. Your community defines the moral landscape the AI operates inside; the Guardians enforce it. Inference runs on our own GPUs β no US inference APIs, no tenant data leaving sovereign infrastructure.
Tractatus governance framework. Constitutional rules visible to every member. No corporate override. No algorithmic surprises. No silent model swaps.
