Email Decision Record

Service status

The current state of the Email Decision Record service, and how to reach us if something is wrong.

Current status

No known incidents.

Last updated:

We update this page by hand when something affects the service, and again when it is put right. It does not test the service itself, so the date above is when we last confirmed the state.

During an incident

The status above then says what is affected, since when, and what we are doing about it. When it is resolved, it says so, with the date.

What this page covers

The parts of the service that we run:

  • decisions on proposed emails, and held emails waiting for an approver;
  • signing and timestamping of receipts, and the signed root for each day;
  • the owner console, the programme interface, and the MCP server that AI agents use;
  • sending through connected mailboxes (Microsoft 365, Gmail and SMTP), and capture of incoming mail;
  • exporting a dossier of your records.

The checker works offline: it runs in your browser, or from the copy inside a dossier, without any connection to us. Records can be checked whatever this page says. Open the checker

Your mail provider is not covered by this page. If Microsoft 365, Gmail or your SMTP service has a fault, mail cannot be handed over to it until the fault clears, so check that provider's own status as well.

Report a problem

Email us at support@mysovereignty.digital

When you write, please tell us the following:

  • the address of your Village, and when the problem started, with your time zone;
  • what you were doing, and what you saw;
  • the decision or receipt identifier, if you have one.

Please leave out the content of any email. An identifier is enough.

You can also write to us through the contact page.
