Attested Accounts™

Finance records that show whether they were changed.

Attested Accounts is an evidence layer over the Business Village's invoicing, quotes, recurring invoices, expenses and time tracking. Every write is signed under your Village's key when it happens, so a later change to a record can be detected by you, your accountant or an auditor.

What it does

Qualified timestamp receipts

A qualified (RFC 3161, eIDAS) timestamp receipt for one invoice is built and available on request as an opt-in. It is switched on per customer because each receipt is priced, as a pack of 100.

What it is, and what it is not

It is not an accounting system, an audit opinion or accounting advice. It sits alongside your accounting software, inside the Business Village. Signing shows that a record was not changed after it was written; it says nothing about whether the figures are right, complete or lawful. MDSL holds the signing key today.

Not built yet

Quotes, expenses and time entries are signed, but do not yet have a history view, a receipt or a verification bundle. A single view across many small clients, for a practice, is not built.

Price

Attested Accounts, per Village— /month per Village
Qualified receipts, per pack of 100— per pack of 100 receipts

Prices exclude tax. Sealing is switched on in the software for every Business Village; there is no cheaper unsealed version.

How to get it

Attested Accounts is available on request, on top of a Business Village. There is no self-service signup, no trial and no free tier. Tell us a little about what you need; this creates no account, and every request is reviewed before anything is issued.
